2.3 The quality of the goods sold is impeccable. The products are marketed exclusively with the manufacturer's warranty.

 

Article 3 - PRICES
3.1. The prices that appear on the site www. officinadellabirra.ch are inclusive of VAT at the rate in force at the time of order. The prices are expressed in Swiss francs and do not include delivery charges.
3.2. OFFICINA DELLA BIRRA SA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price invoiced for the products delivered is the price in force on the date of the order. This price appears on the order confirmation sent to the customer.
3.3. Promotional discounts offered as part of commercial initiatives on the website www.officinadellabirra.ch are deducted directly from the invoice amount.
Promotional discounts and loyalty points, or any other form of promotion, are valid only in the form of a reduction in future invoices.
Loyalty points, promotional discounts and credit notes are valid for a maximum of six months after issue and expire without refund and without notice.
3.4. Offers relating to products are valid only as long as they remain visible on the website www.officinadellabirra.ch and within the limits of stock availability.
3.5 OFFICINA DELLA BIRRA SA reserves the right to change its prices and conditions at any time and without notice.

Article 5 - PAYMENTS
5.1. The customer can choose to pay by credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, SEPA, MISTER CASH, GIRO PAY, IDEAL, SOFORT, AMEX). This payment method is available only for orders from Swiss territory.
5.2. For new customers or if the customer already has an open account, OFFICINA DELLA BIRRA SA reserves the right to request payment of the order in advance.

Article 6 - SAFETY OF PAYMENTS AND DATA PROTECTION
6.1. All payments made are secure. The information entered for payment is encrypted (https) and securely transmitted to CONCARDIS in accordance with PCI standards. OFFICINA DELLA BIRRA SA has no access to it under any circumstances.

Article 7 - DELIVERY CONDITIONS
7.1. Deliveries are only made within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The products are sent to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process. When placing an order, the customer acknowledges that he has taken note of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them.
7.2. For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the products are delivered via the Swiss Post or other couriers.
In general, the items are available and are delivered within;
3-8 working days with NORMAL delivery.
2-4 days with EXPRESS shipment.
If an item cannot be delivered, the customer is informed by email.
7.3. In Switzerland no deliveries are made on Sundays, national and cantonal holidays.
7.4. The delivery times indicated by OFFICINA DELLA BIRRA SA are given as an indication. OFFICINA DELLA BIRRA SA undertakes to respect them. However, failure to comply with these times may not result in the cancellation of the order by the customer, nor justify a claim for compensation or penalty payment.
7.5. OFFICINA DELLA BIRRA SA is not responsible for the theft of the goods once they have been delivered by the Post Office. In case of doubts regarding the security of the mailbox, it is up to the customer to request a shipment with a request for signature.
Upon delivery of the goods or their storage in front of the customer's home, the profits and risks (in particular theft, deterioration by third parties, bad weather) are transferred to the customer.
7.7 DELIVERY TERMS
In the event of damage during transport, Swiss Post will contact the recipient and inform him/her of the situation. The recipient may request the replacement of all or part of the goods. Swiss Post will also notify the sender of the damage. In the event of damage during distribution, the shipment must be refused by the recipient and handed over to the letter carrier. In the event of subsequent damage, the recipient has 8 working days after distribution to report to the post office. Article 8 - PACKAGING
8.1. The customer agrees to dispose of the glass bottles with or without returnable vacuum, boxes and packaging.

 

Article 9 - DELIVERY EXPENSES
9.1. Packaging and delivery costs are to be borne by the customer. They are indicated under "shopping cart" on the order form and are calculated according to the weight of the package(s).
9.2. For Switzerland, shipping costs are calculated as a lump sum according to the delivery method chosen and the weight of the items purchased with the order. For further information, we invite you to consult the item "Article 7. DELIVERY CONDITIONS".
9.3. If some products are not available at the time of delivery, they will not be sent later or replaced with others. The quantity actually delivered will appear on the delivery note and invoice. In case of missing items or small quantities, the customer cannot claim a refund or compensation.
If an invoiced item cannot be delivered, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the customer. There are no new deliveries and the customer cannot claim any compensation for damages.

 

Article 10 - OWNERSHIP
10.1. The goods remain the property of OFFICINA DELLA BIRRA SA until payment of the invoice.

 

Article 11 - RIGHT OF RETURN
11.1 If the customer orders goods by mistake, they will not be taken back or refunded.

 

Article 12 - APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT FORUM
12.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contracts concluded pursuant to them shall be governed by Swiss law.
