Some may remember when, back in the 70s, you’d hear someone order a “Specialina” while sitting at a bar table... Well, here it is again, our modern interpretation of a golden-hued lager, fresh on the palate and delicately floral on the nose.

It has a golden yellow color, delicately present malty and floral notes on the nose, a medium intense flavor and balanced hops.

Homage to the daughter of Demeter, goddess of agriculture. With a bright colour, rich in fine hops and malts which give it an intense body with floral and citrus aromas and a final note of pleasant bitterness.

Combination of barley malts and Bóna corn flour from the Onsernone Valley, it shows a yellow-amber color which gives a fragrance of toasted cereals in concert with a soft and light hops.

Hops are the great protagonist in this bright yellow beer with light orange notes, the intense fruity and floral aroma precedes a persistent, sweet and full-bodied taste.

The chestnuts, dried and smoked with the traditional Ticino method in the Grà di Vezio, combine with carefully selected and exclusively Swiss malts, giving you the memory of autumn and our woods.

Our first beer born from the cellars has a simple structure, slightly spicy and with a thin body, the wild yeasts and a long maturation in oak barriques have given it a fresh acetic note and a strong but delicate character.

A pale beer that is anything but simple, matured for 24 months in the cellars of Bellinzona where lactic bacteria contributed to its evolution and the creativity of the brewer completed the bouquet with the addition of white pepper at the end of fermentation.

From the wild yeasts that populate the cellars of Bellinzona, this surprising Bohemian Sour Lager takes shape, produced in steel vats, with a distinctly acetic character. The organoleptic structure is anything but schematic, giving unpredictable olfactory and gustatory cues.

Intense but gentle on the palate, aged in Bourbon barrels, it has a beautiful ruby color with a liqueur character. Its great complexity releases in the glass an alternation of aromas such as vanilla and ripe fruit with delicate notes of oak wood.

After the beer with potatoes born from the collaboration between Dr. Brauwolf from Zurich with Dr. Gabs from Puidoux in 2019, ODB is also participating in a new project. Thus was born the “Polenta Graben” version produced with lemon balm and Farina Bóna from Ticino, hops from Zurich and Kveik yeast from the Canton of Vaud.

This collaboration with BFM combines local ingredients such as chestnut honey from Malcantone and corn Farina Bóna from Valle Onsernone with the production experience of our Jura friends and the result is a beer of great intensity and strong character.

Born from the same collaboration as Glory Ale, this beer was created with reversed roles, BFM recipe and ODB production, using yeasts produced in the Canton of Jura. The result is a unique Imperial Pils.
